I have a loft room with a bunk bed that was custom built for a young boy. The room is now being occupied by a teenage girl and I need the bunk bed adjusted so it doesn't have the house on the top but is an open bunk instead - i have drawn pink lines to show how i would like the wood above this carefully dismantled / cut off at this point, sanded down. The bunk needs a refresh, and can be sanded and painted down on the outside, one coat only of white paint. The loft walls and ceilings are painted white and it needs a refresh coat, and sanding in two areas with shelves that were removed and filler has been used. The wall shown in particular under the bookcase and around the chimney is the only section of wall to be painted in a blue colour. All paint and materials supplied.

Hi there, I need to redecorate my living room. Ideally I would like to start on Fri 31st July but you could also start on Sat 1st August or Tuesday 4th August if that's more realistic. I'm giving a lot of detail but I just want to be transparent and clear from the get-go then I can leave you to get on with it. I need 2 walls painted and 2 walls need to be wallpapered (4 in total). I have a panoramic glass door leading out onto the patio / garden so around that needs to be painted too - and for this the curtain rail would need to be taken down and put up again - unless you can paint nicely around it. You would also need to paint around (and a little bit behind) 2 radiators but no need to remove these. The living room is 5.2 metres x 4.9 metres in size (it is an L shape). All of the furniture and kids toys would be moved to the middle of the room so please ignore all the clutter in the photos. However, you would need to take down the photos and photo-hooks on the walls and you would need to either take down or paint around 4 shelves. I would want the skirtings and door panel for the living room door done too but only one spot on the ceiling needs to be touched up / redone (10cm x 10 cm - very small). I need 2 coats of paints minimum on the wall (obviously). I need someone who can come with all of the paing brushers, rollers, spirit levels, wallpapering tools, masking tape ETC you need to come with all the tools you need but I can supply the wallpaper adhesive if needed. I have a small step-ladder (3 steps) but you will need to bring everything else. Thanks!!

I bought a new dishwasher to replace the previous, small one (45 cm wide) with a new bigger one (60 cm). The Currys’ technicians told me they cannot install it becaue there are no panels on the wall. I will buy the panel tomorrow morning, but I need someone to unplug the old dishawasher, attach the panel to the wall and then install a new dishwasher.

I’m converting a 20ft shipping container into an office and need a decorator to help finish the plasterboard. Current progress: * Small storage room has had the first coat of filler and has been sanded. It needs a second coat of filler, light sanding and painting. * Main office has had the first coat of filler. It needs sanding, a second coat of filler and painting. Tasks include: * Sand plasterboard joints. * Apply second coat of filler where required. * Spot fill any imperfections. * Apply decorator’s caulk to internal corners. * Paint walls and ceiling with white vinyl matt (mist coat and top coats if required). I already have the filler, paint and tools on site. Looking for someone with experience achieving a smooth finish on plasterboard. Please quote for labour only.
