Looking for an experienced plumber / handyman to complete finishing touches in a main bathroom and install a small hand-wash basin in an adjacent WC. The hot and cold water feeds have already been run through the wall, so most of the structural work is complete. Task 1: Main Bathroom (Finishing Works) * Waste Plumbing: Connect the vanity vessel basin waste to the existing drain pipe using the bottle trap (provided). * Water Supply: Connect the remaining tap flexi hose inside the vanity cabinet to the copper supply. * Sealing: Apply sanitary silicone around the vanity cabinet edges, basin base, and splashback. * Tiling: Fit/finish a small splashback section behind the basin. Task 2: WC Room (Basin Installation) * Mount Basin: Wall-mount/fit a small hand-wash basin (hot & cold copper pipe feeds are already stubbed through the wall). * Water Connections: Connect hot & cold supply pipes to the new tap flexi tails. * Waste Connection: Run the basin waste pipe and connect it into the main toilet waste pipe * Tiling: Fit/finish a small splashback section behind the basin. Materials & Equipment: * I will supply: Basin, tap, silicone, tiles, and adhesive. * Tradesperson to supply: waste pipes, copper pipes and anything you think is necessary. I will reimburse you.

Hi, We’re looking for an experienced electrician to carry out and finish a few electrical jobs at our property in Poplar, E14. 1. Finish 6kW garden sauna installation (main job) The sauna cable installation has already been started. Here’s the current progress: * SWA cable has been run from the garden sauna to the exterior wall of the property. * We’ve found we’re slightly short on the SWA cable, so the proposed solution is to terminate it externally in a weatherproof junction box and joint it to twin & earth cable. * The twin & earth cable would then be run neatly inside white mini trunking along the corridor back to the consumer unit in the laundry room. * The aim is a safe, tidy, and compliant installation with minimal disruption. We already have all the required materials on site. We simply need the installation completed to a high standard with neat cable routing. 2. Outdoor socket / hot tub issue We also have an outdoor socket that appears to be connected, but the hot tub won’t operate from it. It reports an earth/ground fault, so we’d like someone to diagnose whether this is an earthing issue, wiring fault, or something else. 3. Garden pond We also have a garden pond with a brand-new filter system that isn’t working. It may simply be a power supply or fuse issue, but we’d appreciate someone taking a look while on site. I’d suggest coming to view the property first, assessing all three jobs, and then providing a quotation. For the sauna installation, my budget is around £200, although I’m happy to discuss the additional work separately once you’ve inspected everything. If you’re experienced with domestic installations, consumer units, and outdoor electrical work, I’d love to hear from you. Thank you!

I need someone to wallpaper 2.5 walls in a small nursery. I already have the wallpaper and the glue paste. The dimensions of the room are approximately 3m by 4m but only 2.5 walls need to be wallpapered. The wallpaper is standard paste-the-wall paper and no wall prep is need. The wallpaper is on a single continuous roll,has marked lines for cutting panels and Includes numbered panel order.
