I’m looking for someone to help with some minor painting/touch-up work in a bedroom. There are a few specific areas that need to be covered/repainted, as shown in the attached pictures. Most are relatively small marks rather than significant wall damage. For one of the walls, I’m happy for the whole wall to be painted if spot painting would leave a noticeable colour/finish mismatch. I’d appreciate the painter’s advice on whether this is necessary. The areas requiring attention are: • A few marked areas on the wall near the window • Marks on the wall beside the wardrobe • A marked area on the door frame The aim is simply to leave the affected areas with a clean, even finish rather than repainting the entire bedroom. Ideally looking for someone who can complete this as soon as possible. Please let me know whether your quote includes paint/materials or whether these would need to be supplied separately. I need someone to install an IKEA curtain rod and a pair of curtains above a window. I have all the IKEA components: IKEA VILBORG room-darkening curtains, 1 pair, 145 × 250 cm, pink IKEA BETYDLIG wall/ceiling brackets, white IKEA HUGAD curtain rod, white, 120–210 cm I have also purchased an IKEA TRIXIG 175-piece screw and plug set, which includes various screws and wall plugs. The wall above the window is solid masonry/concrete. I have attempted to drill one hole, but the wall plug I tried is loose. I don't believe my current drill is suitable for drilling into the concrete/masonry wall. Please bring an appropriate drill for the job (e.g. hammer drill/SDS), suitable masonry/concrete drill bits and any appropriate wall fixings required for a secure installation. I need: The BETYDLIG brackets securely installed above the window The HUGAD curtain rod fitted to the brackets The VILBORG curtains hung and adjusted Everything installed level and securely I would also like the existing drilled hole to either be covered/obscured by the final position of the curtain/bracket, if possible, or properly filled and made neat if it cannot be covered. I have the TRIXIG screw/plug set, but please use alternative fixings if you consider them more appropriate for the wall. Please quote for the complete installation, including any additional fixings required.

I’m looking for a carpenter or cabinet maker to remove the existing small bathroom cabinet and oak shelf above my toilet, then design, build and install a larger bespoke wall cabinet in the same space. The approximate maximum external dimensions are: W: 57cm D: 20cm H: 95cm The final measurements must be checked on site before construction, as the wall is slightly uneven and there is an existing shaver-only electrical socket close to the cabinet. The cabinet should have: - a white painted finish - two hinged doors opening from front - single handles or knobs - internal shelves (preferably adjustable) - a strong wall fixing - a neat cable access hold to allow the existing shaver plug to be used - moisture resistant materials The existing cabinet and oak shelf will need to be removed

Looking for someone local and experienced to replace the metal shelf in our bathroom with a wooden cabinet. The existing screws will need to be removed and the holes filled and then 3 new holes drilled to support the cabinet. The wall is plasterboard, so the correct fixings will need to be supplied by the tasker. We also have two other small screw holes that need filling and finishing elsewhere.
