Attended the property following a report from the client that their neighbour had identified a damp patch on their wall and believed it may be caused by a leak from the client’s bathroom. The client requested non-invasive leak detection and trace-and-access investigation. I carried out an investigation within the bathroom, focusing on the area adjacent to the neighbour’s affected wall. A pressure test was carried out on the cold water supply system. The pressure dropped from 5 bar to 0 bar, indicating a loss of pressure and a potential leak on the cold water supply system. Thermal imaging was carried out within the bathroom, and elevated moisture readings were identified around the toilet area. An acoustic leak detection test was also carried out. Audible sounds consistent with running or dripping water were detected around the toilet and the shower spray area adjacent to the toilet. Based on the findings, the leak may be concealed behind the bathroom tiles. I advised the client that the tiles may need to be removed to gain access and expose the suspected leak.- This is the report and we want to get leak resolved- potentially not breaking the tile and also need a report from the plumber that the issue is resolved once done.

I'm looking for an experienced Tasker to help with a few wall-mounting jobs in my flat. We have five pieces of artwork that need hanging, two bedside tables and one guitar hanger. **Artwork:** Three of them are approximately W55 x H70 each, and they need to be hung above a bed, centred on the wall with equal gaps between them. They are the ones with string on the back, and not all the strings have the same tension (see photo). They need to be perfectly aligned. Another artwork needs hanging which is W56 x H56. Shouldn't be hard as it will be on its own, so we can decide on the day. The final artwork is W37 x H48 and needs hanging above a desk, in the middle of the wall. **Bedside tables:** They are small and need to go next to the bed (see photo). **Guitar hanger:** Finally, one guitar hanger needs hanging. Pretty straightforward, that one. When you quote, could you let me know what fixings you'd use for the three above the bed, and whether you'd bring your own? Happy to buy anything needed in advance.
