Details: Type: Wall-mounted commercial exhaust canopy Dimensions: 2300mm wide × 1000mm deep × 500mm high Material: Food grade stainless steel (304) with polished finish Features: Baffle filters (removable for cleaning) Grease channel / drip tray Mounting brackets [Optional] Integrated LED light fitting (quote separately if possible) Notes: Fabrication only required – installation will be arranged separately. Small building job – prep for home lift (Warrandyte) Job description: We’re installing a Swift Pro residential lift (3 floors) through Southern Lifts at our home in Warrandyte. The lift is supplied/installed by them, but we need a registered builder to do the prep works. Works needed: • Cut & frame openings through 3 floors • Small concrete pit (50 mm) • Ensure overhead clearance (specs provided) • Coordinate with our electrician (single-phase power) • Light finishing after install (plastering, trims, flooring) Southern Lifts will give the builder’s pack with exact measurements. I need someone to do the drafting and engineering for structural changes to our house so that we can obtaining a building permit. We are changing the layout of our kitchen and need to reroute plumbing to island bench and pantry, and remove an existing wall/build in a new position. Original building plans are available. The things we will need engineering for are the plumbing changes in the kitchen, which will involve cutting the slab, and the removal of an existing structural wall/lintel in the kitchen which will be replaced by posts and a beam. See attached a rough plan, with walls removed in red, new walls in green, new island bench in blue, rerouted plumbing from existing sink to sinks in pantry and island shown in purple. Need someone with experience doing similar projects
