Painting and installation of coving and wall moulding/trims. The covings are made from polystyrene and the trims are made from pvc. The covings have to be installed across the flat and the trims only in the living room and bedroom. I have made the design for the trims, these should be the same way as in the photos. I have also put the measurements of the walls so it would be easier to quote. I have put the bedroom floorplan as I don’t have photos of all walls of the bedroom but you can see on the plan the sizes of all walls (the height in the bedroom is 2.5m and in the living room are 3m. Please give me approximate quote when contacting me and then we can arrange a viewing next week.

We’re looking for an experienced carpenter/joiner to help with 3 fitted storage projects in our Victorian flat: 1. Bedroom cupboard – PAX internals + new doors We have an existing built-in cupboard and would like to improve the storage using IKEA PAX carcasses/internals if suitable. The current sliding/overlapping doors are heavy and restrict access, so we’d like to replace these with more practical doors and would welcome advice on the best arrangement. 2. Bespoke boiler cupboard An alcove beside the chimney breast contains the boiler/pipework. We’d like to replace the existing cupboard/open shelving with a neat fitted cupboard with traditional painted Shaker-style doors. This will likely need to be bespoke and must retain suitable boiler access/clearances for servicing. We’d like it to stop below the existing Victorian cornicing rather than extend to the ceiling. 3. Hallway – fitted IKEA PAX We’d like PAX carcasses/internals with standard IKEA doors (or bespoke if advisable), neatly fitted so they feel integrated rather than freestanding. We haven’t ordered the PAX systems yet. We can provide approximate measurements and inspiration images. Ideally looking for someone experienced in fitted wardrobes/bespoke joinery and PAX adaptations. Please let us know if you’ve done similar work, can make bespoke Shaker doors, and have photos of previous projects. Budget is indicative as the spaces haven’t yet been measured and final scope needs agreeing. Happy to discuss pricing. IKEA components can be purchased separately by us. Thanks!

🎨 Painter/Decorator Needed – Deptford, SE8 Hi everyone! I’m looking for a local/relatively local, qualified and experienced painter/decorator in Deptford, South East London (SE8). This is NOT a whole-room painting job. I’ve already done one coat on the wall and two coats on part of the ceiling. I just need help finishing the remaining sections of the wall and ceiling. Painting the ceiling is really back-breaking and difficult for me to do alone. I have the paint, but you may need to bring a sturdy roller suitable for ceiling painting and any other basic equipment needed. 💷 £19 per hour. Ideally, I don’t want to go over £100, but this is negotiable depending on what’s left. Please read the post carefully and look at the pictures before getting in touch. I have a freestanding Smeg cooker in Hackney. Two of the four gas hob burners are not working, and the far-left oven control does not appear to work. Hi, need experienced plumber builder to repair a leak in bathroom. When I fill the bath tub with water, and open the plug, it leaks from the kitchen ceiling below. I couldn’t see any leaks below bath or basin but when I took the tiles off, the area around where bath waste pipe and basin waste pipe comes together looks abit wet..need someone to check where leak the leak is and repair and then put new tiles back on .
