Hi, I need someone to fix a small patch of paving slabs (about 1 meter by 1 meter) in my pathway in Edgware (HA8). We recently had to dig it up to fix a leaking water pipe, and the original slabs broke, so I need new ones put down. The job involves filling and packing down the dirt/sand safely over the new blue water pipe, putting down a proper cement mix base so it doesn't sink later, and laying down new matching grey slabs. You'll need to fit them neatly against the brick wall and the metal manhole cover right next to it. We can go together in my car to the local shop (like B&Q or Wickes) to buy the required materials needed (sand, cement, and standard grey slabs). I will pay for all the materials at the shop, and I am happy to pay you for the time you spend with me buying them. Let me know if you can help, thanks!

Need an experienced paving/landscaping person to cut a narrow channel through existing paving for an irrigation water pipe conduit, then reinstate the paving neatly afterwards. The job involves lifting/cutting the paving carefully, creating the channel, allowing the pipe/conduit to be laid at the correct depth, and making good so the finished area looks tidy and level. I need an experienced patio/paving installer to lay approximately 25 large paving slabs in my back garden. I will dig out and prepare the general area beforehand, so I mainly need someone with the right experience and equipment to: * Professionally level and compact the ground/base * Prepare the gravel/sub-base and laying bed correctly * Set the correct fall/gradient away from the house so rainwater drains away rather than towards the property * Accurately lay and level approximately 25 large paving slabs * Ensure the finished patio is solid, even and properly aligned I am particularly looking for someone experienced with patio installation who has the appropriate compactor/whacker plate and levelling equipment. Please provide an estimated price and let me know what preparation you would like me to complete before you arrive.

We are a London-based garden and play equipment company looking for an experienced independent landscaper / working foreman for residential garden projects.
