I am looking for an experienced handyman / floor restoration specialist to help repair the surface of an engineered wood floor. The top protective layer / finish appears to have been worn off or rubbed off in several areas, and I would like someone to assess it and restore the surface if possible. The floor itself is not damaged but the finish looks uneven and dull in the affected spots.

We're looking for an experienced engineered wood floor fitter to install approximately 45 m² of flooring across the living room and bedrooms of our ground floor flat in Battersea, SW8. We have already purchased the planks (~52 m² supplied to allow for wastage). I have the new floorboards, they are the clip on ones and I have the sides for them. As mentioned the room is very small, and I would like to get it done between Friday 19th of June and the following Tuesday.
