Looking for a professional decorator who can tile and complete handyman tasks. Located outside the congestion zone. Parking provided. The redecorating job is to repaint the interior of the property which is a 3 bed 3 bath town house in E1 of 1482 sqft. Standard celing height except one hallway and bedoroom has a ceiling height of 11ft. Careful preparation including filling and sanding where required to ensure smooth finish. All walls are in good condition currently painted white. The tasker will paint emulsion on walls and ceilings (white ceilings, various wall colours), dulux satinwood on all internal wood surfaces in 3 bathrooms, 8 internal doors, 5 glazed wooden door frames and all skirtings and radiators. The airtasker will also install a hardwood ceiling finishing threshhold 30cm wide and 3m long in the dining room next to a new skylight (see photo) . Dining room engineered floor (12ftx7ft) requires light sanding and restaining, living room floor (softwood planks) has gaps which can be closed using suction pads to shift the other floor planks. The airtasker will lift and replace 2m2 floor tiles from one bathroom (2 tiles are cracked and if airtasker can repair this will avoid full floor tile replacement), regrout 2 bathroom floors each of 2m2, replace 3 toilet seats, tighten (not replace) any lose door handles and towel rails, fix one toilet flush handle currently disconnected from cistern (easy access), replace shower door rubber seal strip, replace kitchen cupboard and drawer shaker style handles with new handles (same size), replace glazing on 2 small bathroom cabinet doors, replace 14 existing wall lights with new standard wiring wall light fittings. Hang one pair of curtains, remove 2 ventian blinds and fit two new cloth blinds, assemble one flatpack sideboard, one tv consol and one hallway table. Floor, carpet and surface coverings required to protect surfaces. Windows internal & external cleaned prior to completion. All waste to be removed from site.

Sand and refinish original floorboards – Victorian terrace Need original timber floorboards sanded and revarnished in a Victorian terrace house, covering: • Hallway • Front reception room • Rear reception room & one staircase Scope: full sanding to bare wood (removing old finish in the reception rooms and carpet in the hallway, surface scratches, and marks), gap filling where needed, and reapplication of varnish/lacquer finish. Hi, I have a long, vertical water stain on my bedroom wall caused by a previous, historic leak from months ago (the leak has been fully resolved and the wall is completely dry now). There is NO mould, but there is some water staining/discolouration and slight paint peeling near the window frame. The job requires: 1: Properly scraping and sanding down all the peeling/flaking paint to ensure a perfectly smooth surface before priming. 2: Applying a stain block primer (e.g., Zinsser B-I-N or similar) to ensure the stain doesn't bleed through. 3: Repainting it with white emulsion paint. Please note that the final paint colour must be an exact match to the original wall colour (no patchy or mismatched whites). 4: The bedroom is fully carpeted, so you must bring proper dust sheets/protection and ensure no paint or debris stains the carpet. The work area must be left completely clean. Photos attached. Looking for someone to finish this as soon as possible. Thanks!
