All Venetian blinds and curtains must be cleaned. 2.. All windows and window sills must be cleaned. 3. All skirtings boards and door frames must be cleaned 4. All walls must be washed to remove any dirty marks. 7. All dirt and oil marks on external concrete to be removed. (Garage etc) 8. All rubbish must be removed from the premises appropriately. 9. All personal property to be removed 10. The inventory is to be in accordance with the lease. 11. Lawns and garden left maintained. 12. Any damage done to the premises by the tenant must be repaired at his/her own expense. 13. The Kitchen:- a. The bench tops must be wiped over. b. The stove top must be cleaned, including drip trays. c. The griller trays and oven must be properly cleaned and we recommend the use of powerful cleaners. d.
