Structural Engineer to review and certify engineering drawings of a 6 unit-triple storey residential building. The engineering document includes: - slab plan design (build over easement) - 3 storey framing plan (All beams and lintels have been designed) - 3 Storey Bracing plan Drawings have been finalised and ready to review as soon as possible. I want to eventually prune 60% of a large pine tree in my backyard. Need some advice on how to safely do this on a budget. How much of the tree can I prune at once and how often? How would you stagger the task? I do have access to a chainsaw and possess an EWP license to a height of 11m and a few mates but am also apprehensive about the dangers. Have a concrete driveway on the side of the biggest branch and on the opposite side the ground is sandy.

I'd like help with all aspects of a DA application (environmental statements, water management plans, etc) for a small extension in the Lake Macquarie Council area. My property in Cardiff Heights suburb is in a "Bush Fire Prone Land" area. My property is zoned "Vegetation Buffer". Adjacent land adjoining my garden is zoned "Vegetation Category 1".
