I’m a Brisbane-based real estate agent looking for an ongoing social media manager to handle my Facebook and Instagram accounts. I will supply property photos and videos, but I need someone who can provide direction on what to film each week and create a structured content plan. This is not just a posting role — I’m looking for someone who can guide content strategy and positioning. Scope of Work You will be responsible for: • Creating a monthly content calendar (12–16 posts per month) • Suggesting weekly filming prompts and reel ideas • Providing short scripts or talking points for videos • Designing posts (Canva or similar) • Editing 4–8 reels per month from supplied footage • Writing engaging captions • Adding hashtags • Scheduling via Meta Business Suite • Basic comment monitoring • Providing simple monthly performance reporting Content Focus • Property listings • Just sold / results • Market updates • Suburb lifestyle content • Authority-building content Requirements • Experience managing social media accounts (real estate preferred) • Ability to provide strategic direction, not just design • Examples of accounts you currently manage • Clear communication and structured workflow This will be ongoing monthly work for the right person. I am locked out of my own Facebook account. It happened because my old phone that had the authenticator app broke and bought a new phone and have never been able to sign in back again. I have tried Facebook support but it doesn't seem to work. They say I am in a 2FA loop. Have also tried to back up the old phone and get into my authenticator app but nothing seems to work. I still have full access to my gmail account and phone number I used to create this profile. Need my Facebook account recovered.
