We’re looking for a highly confident, charismatic, and results-driven sales professional to join our team. Facilities Management This is a fully remote, commission-only role suited for someone who is comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and relentless with outreach. Your Role • Call and prospect different businesses daily • Initiate conversations with decision makers • Book qualified sales appointments • Optionally close deals for additional commission Performance Targets • Minimum target: 3 qualified appointments per day Compensation • $10 per qualified appointment booked • 5% commission on any deals you close No caps. No limits. Your income is directly tied to your performance. Who This Is For This role is strictly for someone who: • Is extremely confident and articulate • Has natural charm and strong communication skills • Is comfortable handling rejection • Can work independently without supervision • Is hungry, disciplined, and competitive If you’re not comfortable making calls every day, this role is not for you. Weekly Sales Coach Wanted (Zoom, Wed 7:30pm AEST) — help me sharpen my pitch + close more deals Hey! I’m looking for a sales coach/mentor I can meet with once a week for 1 hour on Zoom, every Wednesday night at 7:30pm (Brisbane / AEST).
