About the Role We don't do generic content. We build marketing systems for expertise-driven businesses in property, finance, mortgage broking, wealth management, and professional services. This role sits at the intersection of journalism, content strategy, and commercial marketing. You'll work directly with founders, subject matter experts, and industry specialists to extract the ideas, frameworks, and stories that make their businesses credible, then structure those insights into briefs that our content team turns into high-performing assets. You won't be writing the final content. Your job is to pull out the sharpest thinking and package it so our copywriters can do their best work. Because every client we work with operates in property or finance, you'll need a genuine interest in these industries. You don't need to be a financial expert, but you do need to find this world interesting enough to ask the right questions and recognise a strong insight when you hear one. What You'll Do - Research - Deep-dive into client transcripts, podcasts, past content, and industry context before every engagement - Analyse audience problems, objections, and buying triggers specific to property and finance markets - Identify compelling themes, content gaps, and commercially valuable angles - Prepare structured interview plans designed to draw out frameworks, stories, and strong opinions Expert Interviews - Lead a 45 minute recorded interviews with founders, advisors, brokers, and specialists

The role involves cooking simple recipes and filming the process step-by-step so the footage can be used to create short recipe videos (30–60 seconds). This would only be a project or 1-3 hours a week until our next flip. My husband and I recently flipped a house on the Central Coast in NSW Australia. I work at a tech company and he is a builder. We have been offered potential partnerships for our next flip but we really need to get an Instagram and Tik Tok up and running.
