Will need 2 persons. 7 -8 hours approx at £ 20 per person per hour = £ 280 - 320. Happy to pay up to £ 320 for job complete, not hourly. Timings once day agreed to start 9.30am. Hours are an approximate guess but ultimately timings are subject to your own work. We need careful following of instructions, gentle & careful consideration to moving, tidying, packing up furniture carefully. Note - some dust in shed moving tools, bikes etc. Some flexibility receiving instructions on the day required.

Looking for a skilled painter/decorator to paint several areas of our small flat in Hackney. Everything is currently painted standard landlord white. We want to repaint the flat with a darker, more intentional colour scheme. Areas to paint: Bedroom Walls only, approx 17.5m². Colour will be a very dark blue/black. Living room / kitchen-living space Walls only, approx 18.38m². Colour will be dark olive green. Hallway / stairs Approx 11.20m² in dark olive green and approx 12.60m² in warm off-white. This includes a split wall effect on the stairs: darker green below the stair rail, warm off-white above, plus one full dark green wall where the skateboards are mounted. Skirting / stair rail / trim Approx 5.5m², to be painted in dark blue/black eggshell or satin finish. I already have all the top coat paints on site. I do not have primer, so please advise if primer is needed and whether you can supply it. The job will need basic prep including filling small marks/scuffs, sanding where needed, masking, and protecting carpets, stairs, wood flooring, furniture, sofa, TV unit, plants and kitchen area. Important: this needs careful cutting-in because dark colours will sit next to light ceilings, light walls and door frames. Please only bid if you’re confident with neat interior painting and have examples/reviews of similar work. Please include in your bid: * estimated number of days * whether primer is needed * whether your quote includes any materials * how you’ll manage drying times between coats Photos and mockups are attached.
