I'm a staff at a small retail business. One of our customers submitted a complaint at NCAT. We tried to resolve offline but in vain. Rather than waiting for the hearing to occur, this individual continues to post sensitive information about this hearing and making bad comments online in different forums thus posing great risk to my employer's business reputation. I want to file a complaint against him. But since we're based in victoria and he's in NSW, which Tribunal or government entity should be the best organisation to receive our complaint. Or any legal advise about this matter in general? Would be appreciated

"I require a lawyer to issue a warning (or Cease and Desist) letter to a tenant, demanding the immediate withdrawal of false reviews against us. This is based on the existing contractual agreement we have. Failure to comply will result in all necessary legal action being taken.
