Need contractor/plumber/drainage specialist to repair a broken underground shower/bath waste pipe causing damp issues externally and internally. The damaged section is externally accessible and appears to be an old clay drainage connection that has failed/disconnected. Works required: * Carefully excavate and expose full defective section * Remove broken pipe/fittings * Replace with suitable underground PVC drainage fittings/adaptors * Ensure correct fall and proper connection * Test drainage flow * Reinstate area afterwards The leak has been causing water discharge against the external wall, resulting in damp/saturation to the masonry. Looking for someone experienced with: * Underground drainage repairs * Clay to PVC connections * Waste pipe repairs * Groundworks/drainage Please quote including labour and advise if materials are included. Plumbing: Connect the sink waste into the toilet cistern/waste system as per the combi unit's design. 2. Upstairs Bathroom (Two Tasks) Task A: Toilet Combi Unit Swap Remove: Existing standard toilet. Install: A new toilet and sink combination unit. Space Constraint: The available width here is 700mm. Task B: Shower-to-Bath Conversion Remove & Strip Out: Existing standing shower cubicle, including the enclosure, tray, and exposed fixtures. Install: A standard household bathtub in its place. Plumbing: Adapt the existing shower drain and water supply lines to fit the new bath taps and waste system. Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing. What I Will Provide: The two toilet/sink combination units. The bathtub, bath waste kit, and taps. What You Need to Provide: All necessary plumbing tools, silicone, copper/flexi piping, adapters, and pipe sealants. Disposal of the old toilets and shower cubicle parts Requirements: Must have proven plumbing experience (tradespersons preferred). There has been a slow leak from our shower, which I believe is from cracked grouting. Once it was discovered it had already rotted away some of the plywood under the bathtub. I need someone to inspect/possibly repair the floor under the bathtub and also reseal the shower, so that it no longer leaks. Since covering the bathroom tiles in plastic, the leaking has stoped.

Our bathroom mixer tab is broken and we believe it is the source of a leak down to ground floor. The mixer tap may need to be replaced which we are prepared to do but we would like a qualified plumber to assess the situation and help us fix it. We also have spare bathroom tiles should we need to go down that route. We would like this to be fixed as soon as possible as the leak is getting worse. Thanks in advance.

Seeking second opinion / investigation into foul odour and staining in bathroom coming up from floor in cupboard following recent bathroom installation. Since a new bathroom was installed, a strong sewage/manure-type smell has developed in the adjacent cupboard containing pipework. There is also a yellow/brown stain on the cupboard floor that continues to reappear through paint. Potential smoke test needed or pipe leak detection needed
