Hi there — looking for a LICENSED + INSURED plumber (please include your QBCC licence number in your offer). Jobs to do (ideally in one visit): 1) Investigate low water pressure/flow at the kitchen sink (mixer tap). 2) Fix leaking taps (likely washers/spindles) in: - Bath - Laundry - Main bathroom sink 3) Investigate low water pressure at an outside tap (near the main bathroom). Also happy for you to quickly check any other external taps while onsite. 4) Possible leak under the bath – suspected around the bath waste/trap under the house (there appears to be an old taped joint). Please inspect and repair if straightforward. House notes: - There is under-house access (raised house) to inspect plumbing/drainage under the bathroom/bath area. - Please bring common parts (washers, jumper valves/spindles, tap seats tools, etc). - If any major parts/work are required (e.g. mixer cartridge replacement, tap set replacement, pressure limiting valve, pipe replacement), please quote first before proceeding. Please include in your offer: - Call-out fee / hourly rate (or fixed price), and whether GST is included - Any assumptions (e.g. “price includes replacing up to X washers/spindles”) - Earliest availability We can share photos of the bath, kitchen sink, and under-house plumbing on request.
