I have had a new wet underfloor system installed but it’s not working. The original plumber is not available. I think it has air in the system and needs bleeding/ refilling. I also think it’s not connecting to the thermostat properly but haven’t able to test this properly.

We’re looking for an experienced air conditioning and ventilation specialist to inspect, service and professionally clean the air conditioning ducts at our commercial premises. There is a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the system whenever the air conditioning or heating is switched on. We need someone who can identify the cause of the smell and carry out the necessary cleaning and maintenance to resolve the issue. Scope of work: * Inspect the air conditioning, heating and ventilation system to identify the source of the smell. * Professionally clean and sanitise the ductwork, vents and any affected components. * Check for any build-up of dust, mould, bacteria or other potential causes of the odour. * Service the system where required. Important: The premises have very high ceilings, so you must have access to suitable professional equipment to safely reach and clean the ducts and vents. We are looking for a qualified specialist with experience in commercial HVAC systems, rather than a general cleaner. Please get in touch with your experience, the equipment you have available and an estimated cost for the work. Happy to arrange a site visit to assess the system before quoting.
