We would like: - Main areas painted in the same white/off-white colour - Both bedrooms painted in Dulux Almond White - Two full coats throughout - Removal of any screws/hooks/nails and filling of holes where required - Light sanding/surface preparation where needed - Primer where required Please let me know your availability, estimated cost and how many days you would expect the job to take. Looking for an experienced painter/decorator to repaint a 2-bedroom flat. The areas to be painted include: * Living room * Hallway/lobby * 2 bedrooms * 2 bathrooms Walls and ceilings: We would like all walls and ceilings repainted. Most of the flat is currently white (Dulux Matt White) and we would like to keep the same white colour. For both bedrooms: * All four walls to be painted Dulux Almond White * Bedroom ceilings to remain Dulux Matt white Doors and skirting: We would also like the internal doors (x6), door frames and skirting boards repainted in white (Dulux Eggshell white). Balcony: Separately, the balcony has a wooden floor/decking which we would like treated with a suitable waterproof/protective coating for exterior wood. The job should include normal preparation where required, such as filling existing holes, light sanding, surface preparation, protecting floors/fittings and applying primer where necessary. Please provide labour charges only with paint brushes included. I will provide paint and materials. Photos are attached to give an idea of the size and current condition of the flat. Thanks.

I’m looking for an experienced painter/decorator to complete the final decorating works in my 1-bedroom council flat in Bow, Tower Hamlets. The flat has recently been renovated, and I need someone who can complete the following: 1. SKIRTING – Living Room & Bedroom New skirting has been fitted to cover exposed pipes. Already sanded and ready for the next stage. Needs appropriate priming/undercoating and painting. 2. COVING – Throughout Flat Polystyrene coving fitted in the living room, bedroom, kitchen and passageway. Already caulked. Needs appropriate preparation/priming and painting. 3. LIVING ROOM PANELLED WALL One wall has been newly panelled. Needs appropriate preparation/priming and painting. Looking for a smooth, professional finish. 4. KITCHEN Brand-new kitchen recently installed. Some areas around the new units require localised filling/making good. These areas need sanding, priming and painting. Not a full kitchen repaint. 5. CURTAIN AREAS Living room: 2 areas need filling, preparation/priming and painting. Bedroom: 1 area needs filling, preparation/priming and painting. 6. INTERNAL DOORS 5 Wickes Geneva internal doors. Doors are already factory primed. Need appropriate preparation and final painting, including edges. IMPORTANT: I’m looking for someone experienced who takes preparation seriously and can achieve a clean, professional finish. The work includes filling, sanding, priming/undercoating and painting where required. I have photos of all areas and can provide them. We're decorating a 2 bedroom flat (5 rooms total) - Sanding - Cleaning - Painting We're focusing on the walls, skirting and architrave only. Quoted price is a per day price. If we get on well and there is more work to do then it could be more than 1 day. We have a maximum 5 days to complete everything but I would hope to do it in 3 or less and have a really nice professional finish. Only apply if you have experience decorating which you can demonstrate.
