Looking for a painter and decorator to do cosmetic work and finishes to my property. -Windows sills need prepping and painting as there are cosmetic imperfections. When I say prep this includes filling and sanding of any imperfections. -Staircase banister needs to be prepped and sanded to a smooth finish and then painted - it currently looks worn out and very old. There is also an area under the stairs that requires painting. When I say prep this includes filling and sanding of any imperfections. -Front porch wall outside the house needs prep and paint. -14 doors and frames need painting. These doors are already primed and ready to paint. -skirting boards - we have brand new skirting boards, with a final finish, which have scratch marks on them from fitting. Will need these cosmetic imperfections fixed. Skirting will need varnishing etc. -Wood panels needs to be placed down at the bottom of a walk in wardrobe Overall I need someone to complete the finishing touches to my property following a refurbishment where I am unhappy with the final finish so I want to fix these imperfections.

We are moving all of our furniture into our new house on 15th May but already have keys We would like to repaint the entire interior of house (which is currently white), with colourful farrow and ball paints We have already repainted the kitchen and one of the walls of a bedroom, but would like quotes to finish the rest of the repainting. some wall sanding might be required where we have removed shelves or previous paint that bubbled We will provide all farrow and ball paints. Experience and ability limewash painting needed as 2 of the rooms will be limewashed. There is around 300m2 of wall and 100m2 of ceiling we would like painted, as well as the interior and exterior window frames and doorframes, cornicing and skirting boards. We would also like to repaint the front door If painting could be done this week mon-thurs that would be amazing, perhaps with a final coat sat/sun after moving if needed? Will need to provide own ladders/platforms. We have rollers and brushes and extension pole but may need more Ask if any questions!

I’m looking for an experienced exterior painter/roof tile sprayer to repaint the front hanging tiles on my house. The job is for the red/brown hanging tiles on the front elevation, including the main upper section and the tiled porch/front entrance area. I would like the tiles properly cleaned, prepared, repaired where needed, and spray-painted/coated to give a neat, even finish. Work required: Inspect the front hanging tiles and identify any cracked, loose, damaged, or missing tiles Repair or replace damaged tiles where needed before painting Clean/prep the tiled surface properly before spraying Mask and protect windows, brickwork, door, guttering, driveway, path, and surrounding areas Apply suitable exterior primer/sealer if required Spray apply suitable weather-resistant coating/paint for exterior roof/hanging tiles Ideally apply 2 coats for a durable and even finish Leave the site clean and tidy Important: Please only quote if you have experience with exterior tile spraying/roof tile coating or similar work You must have your own tools, sprayer, ladders/access equipment, masking materials, and protective sheets Please advise whether scaffolding/tower access is needed I’d like the materials included in the quote, but please specify what paint/coating you would use Please include minor tile repairs in your quote and let me know how you would price any additional replacement tiles if needed Photos attached. Please provide your quote, availability, and examples of similar work if possible.
