1. HALLWAY: fill, sand and paint around the new window which was recently installed; the window itself was painted, but the make-good wasn't part of the work 2. DORMER: same here - new window was installed; the window itself was painted but make-good needs doing: fill, sand and paint around the dormer window, including the wall underneath where water used to come in - see the stains (before the new window was installed: it's dry now) 3. KITCHEN: both old windows need painting, from the inside and from the outside (scaffolding is there if you need access). This includes filling in the cement gaps in the sill/cill on the outside as water occassionally comes inside. Also paint over a small patch with water marks on the inside, right beneath one of the windows. 4. SMALL FILLS AND GAPS: adding a filler between the door and the wall for three separate doors. Fill out a few other small holes/ patches with filler/ paint just over those little spots. I will provide the paint for the walls and for the wooden windows on the INSIDE but I'll need you to provide paint for the OUTSIDE of the windows. See pictures here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/R1ZPceWwpNtrcr2X6 I'm looking for someone to do it on Thursday 2 April, and start it in the morning on that day please, so we can be done by the end of the day.
