The bedroom light is experiencing issues where it takes quite a long time to stay lit. It turns on but is dimmed or flickering or unstable. This happened after we left led strips on while away and came back to find it also acting strangely. I think it’s from the same circuit. So I need that strip disconnected (it’s connected to a power switch), circuit issue fixed which hopefully fixes the bedroom light issue resolved as well.

Looking for an experienced painter to tidy up and paint a small under-house storage area. The space has exposed brick walls and a plywood floor that has already been installed. I am laying vinyl flooring so the painter only needs to work on the brickwork. Scope of work: • Clean and prepare brick walls • Patch small holes / rough mortar areas • Apply primer/sealer if required • Paint brick walls (2 coats) • Paint step faces if possible Details: • Area approx 20-25 m² of brick wall • Single colour – light grey • Paint can be supplied or included in quote • Easy access from outside Goal is to make the space look clean and neat for storage and future resale appeal. Flexible with timing Would prefer this coming weekend 14/15 March

Looking for somone to complete this job starting Monday 16th March next week. Location Belrose. I’m looking for a handyman who is also happy to do some painting to help with a few jobs around our home. We have most of the equipment already, and anything else needed we can easily purchase. Main tasks include: • Painting a fence. We have borrowed a paint sprayer from a friend, so the job should be quicker and easier, although you are welcome to use your own equipment if you prefer. • Painting the roof panels on our two back deck pergolas. There is a fairly large group of panels. • Cleaning and staining the back deck and surrounding outdoor area. I expect there would be around 2 to 3 days of work depending on how the job progresses. My husband will be home and available to help coordinate the work and assist where needed. Ideally we are looking for someone practical who can take initiative, offer suggestions where helpful, and manage the work without needing constant direction.

I have purchased some Sleepy Time Side Channel Tracks that need installing around a bedroom window. They have tape already on them so need to be stuck on and possibly they may need to be screwed into the wall as well (screws not provided). Also, it looks like one of the chain hold down screws/mechanism at the bottom will need to be repositioned slightly across to allow the track to fit (will also require drilling brick wall). Want someone with attention to detail.

HELP! - I have a shit load of cats. I have a cat problem due to my daughters and also fostering unwanted cats. 3 of the girl cats gave birth in the same month. My house turned into a cat maternity home. 2 of the other girls were pregnant after that and then I had more. I own my home and have a backyard good for some sort of cat enclosure. I have lots of cat netting. Even if we get some pieces of metal pipe and bend it and screw it to the fence so the fence has a lip coming over my garden so the cats won't be able to get out. Sections for girls and section for boys. Kitten Kindergarten Area. Geesh. Just something scrapped together from your left over materials ❤️ 😩 I'm not sure of the price 🤔 it would be?

Hi, I need a reliable technician to repair our electric "AUTO SLIDE" automatic sliding door in our showroom. It's been jamming intermittently, making it hard to open/close smoothly, and the sensors are faulty—they sometimes trigger randomly even when nothing's there, or fail to detect properly. This is a commercial setup, so experience with automatic doors is preferred. Tasks include: Diagnose and fix the jamming (likely tracks, rollers, or alignment). Replace the sensors.
