Here is the list of tasks. I’m only interested to engage a professional who has experience of completing all these tasks. Job1: For the first floor bathroom, there are some paint cracks showing (from where the old chimney place used to be) and another above the door. Parts of the wall will need sanding and filling and then we will need to have that bathroom painted. Attached are some pictures. 2. Bathroom - Taking off current single-panel pivot/hinged bath screen with a curved top, and replacing it, with the same or similar version. 3. Front of house - a brick is loose in the front wall. Needs to be cemented back on. 4. Various ad hoc touch up paint jobs round the house. One around the new extractor fan in the kitchen. We are keen to get a steer on likely costs for each job and the likely time scales involve. There are other jobs round the house, which we will be happy to discuss with the chosen person. For example, we are considering changing the bath unit on the first floor - in which case we would need to change the whole unit - to change it to a curved corner. Also the original black iron gate at the front of the house could benefit from an acid dip and repaint. We can discuss those items in more detail. Full transparency we have not bought replacement shower guard or the paint yet, so we are not in a position to move immediately. We want to receive quotes first please. You can price up by each job with a view on costs - please show how you charge, if my hourly rate then set that out, and how long you think based on experience it will take you. Happy to listen to fixed prices (specify whether VAT included in price). Work will be carried on aggressively work days, likely not at weekends. Thank you.
