Hi, I’m looking for an experienced decorator/handyman to install peel-and-stick wallpaper on two walls today. Scope of work: • Apply peel-and-stick wallpaper to one wall • Wall size approx. 4.1m wide x 2.4m high and 3.2 m wide x 2.4m high • Ensure clean alignment, smooth finish, and no bubbles or creases • Neat cutting around a door opening in one of the rooms and a small section of the wall that protrudes (boxed/column detail) in both rooms . Details: • Wallpaper is already purchased • pls see sample pictures of wallpaper Timing: • Needs to be completed today Important: • Experience with peel-and-stick wallpaper required (especially around edges and obstacles) • Must bring own tools (smoothing tools, level, sharp blades, etc.) • Strong attention to detail for alignment and clean cuts Budget: £220 Please confirm availability today and share any relevant experience. Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter (ideally with plastering experience) to complete several jobs in my flat in Crystal Palace. 1. Ceiling repair (water damage – priority) Ceiling has previous water damage and cracking (see photo) Leak has already been addressed Needs: –Crack repair –Any loose/blown plaster removed and made good –Surface smoothed and sealed (stain-block if needed) –Must be properly prepped before painting 2. Ceiling trim box (feature wall) Build and install 10cm x 10cm box section (MDF or similar) Fixed to ceiling above acoustic slat wall Purpose: –Hide ceiling imperfections –Create clean architectural finish –Needs to align with side trims and be paint-ready 3. Adjust hidden panel / boiler cupboard door Slatted panel door needs: ~10cm cut from top –Re-fixed to frame –Still open cleanly under new trim –Must remain visually seamless with wall 4. Dishwasher fixing Integrated dishwasher needs securing properly Currently loose Fix to cabinet sides 5.
