Vinculum Symbol: Whether the vinculum operates as aggregation linking the lot's 3 parts into one title, or as vertical extension granting ownership above the ceiling 3. Cross-Sections: Whether A-A1 capping at First Storey ceiling and F-F1 capping at Second Storey ceiling confirm deliberate boundary capping, with roofs in Common Property airspace 4. CP Definition: Whether Sheet 1 defining CP1 as "all land except Lots 1-16... includes structure of walls, floors & ceilings which define boundaries" places the roof in Common Property 5.
