I don’t have the funds to pay a professional to do the floors so I’ve been doing it myself with my friend. We’ve sanded back but seem to have hit a wall with where to get the stain/ the correct ones to use, method etc. the paint stores have told us the wrong information a couple times, hence why I’m here! I have a son at school in Geelong who plays rugby. We need a scoreboard. This can be a simple flip-board with boards having the number 0 to 9 on the front and back. These boards will need to be approximately 40cm by 40 cm with two holes on the top. There can be a number on each side and should be white with large black numbers. It will need to be on a stand with the scoreboard 1.5 m high

I was quoted $187 for a full service through ultra tune which I was told included all fluids topped up , 100 point safety check, carpets vaccummed and a few other things. However after getting my car back the paperwork said it is a special standard service and the fluids weren't even topped up. There was also a obvious banging noise when I go over bumps which I suspect has something to do with the suspension that wasn't even noted, despite the paperwork saying no issues were found with the test drive. I doubt it was even taken for a test drive. However, I enquired about this and they told me it was a full standard service that was performed on my vehicle. Is there a difference between a full standard service and just a standard service? Or is this to make it sound as if I got a full service to cover up the initial quote for what they told me was going to be a full service? Have I been conned? If so, I would like for someone on the ball to call them, clarify everything and speak on my behalf. I can send you all communications by text message and all paperwork.

Located in South Australia, Gulfview Heights. Need a kitchen utensil draw rebuilt, the box of the draw behind the facia is badly damaged, so need to build a new box, not sure on what the normal cost would be to do this so will just put a nominal figure in the money section. Also have it as online as the draw can be taken away to be re-built.

I’m purchasing a property in Glenfield NSW and have a building and pest inspection report that lists several defects. I need a licensed builder or experienced property maintenance professional to review the report and provide a rough written repair estimate for negotiation purposes. Manufacture 4 cabinets (3 of Design A provided, 1 of Design B provided). These display cabinets will be used to display and sell stock at markets and shopping centres. - Basic designs provided as a starting point. There is scope for you to refine and/or alter these where necessary to fit purpose. - Approx measurements provided. To be refined by you, taking into account practical elements (such as lockable under-counter storage - not illustrated in images provided) - Cabinets are designed to be easily transported by a pallet jack. - General aesthetic visual/design/feel = Horizontal slat-walled wooden cabin. - The exterior of each cabinet will each incorporate a framed inset securable display box/window. Please factor in the window framing shown in the design, and probably a clear acrylic window (no glass). The roof and central back wall of this inset box incorporates into shelving on the interior side. - Designs show individual slats stop 300mm from top, leaving an intentionally larger piece of wood for signage. - Regarding material selection, factors to consider should take into account: overall weight considerations, suitable structural function, durability, safety, aesthetics, and construction material price. - Please include Painting / treatment suitable for maximum outdoor durability. Must be in metro Adelaide. Transportation after construction would be nice, but is not essential.
