I’m looking for an experienced handyman or painter to prepare and paint a set of outdoor metal stairs at my home. The job involves applying two coats of exterior metal paint to improve both appearance and durability. Scope of Work: Light preparation of the metal surface Painting the stairs with two coats of exterior metal paint. Ensuring an even, tidy finish and protecting surrounding areas from paint splashes. Full clean-up after completion. Materials & Equipment: I can provide paint All necessary tools (brushes/rollers/spray equipment, sanding tools, protective sheets) should be included. Location: cowleigh rd, malvern Timing: Flexible, but ideally to be completed in good weather conditions. Please include an estimate of how long the job will take, allowing for drying time between coats. Additional Information: The stairs are located outdoors with straightforward access. Please include photos of similar work or relevant experience in your offer. Public liability insurance is preferred. Budget: Open to quotes.
