I need help to maintain the front garden at a house on Clapham Common. (This is likely to be a repeat job.) The garden measures approx. 6m x 15m = 90 sqm. The garden is turfed (though the grass is now very patchy/dead) and bounded by two hedges. There are two hedge-like viburnums behind the large Japanese cherry tree, and a few other rose bushes and smaller plants (including a long-suffering magnolia). There is an ivy above the front brick wall. There are very few weeds. The garden is accessed from the main road by an unlocked gate. There is both water and power in the garden. LB Wandsworth collects garden waste in normal black bin liners. There is 1-hour free parking in the adjacent street (Forthbridge Road, SW11) and metered parking is about £3.70/hour. What needs doing now: - the hedge to the left (as you face the gate); - the two viburnums; and - the ivy; all need trimming back and down to a consistent height of approx. 1.8m (as measured from the path). - Some quick weeding where there are any. Allow 4 hours max. Also in the Clapham garden now is a dismantled IKEA wardrobe. This needs to be transported to Camberwell Road, SE5 (about 20 mins away). It is only a little longer than my SUV, so it should be able to fit in an estate car or a van. Ideally, you will be able to combine the two jobs - garden maintenance + transport - but this is not essential. Feel free to quote for whichever task suits you. (The wardrobe can always just be stored in the house basement.) If you have the tools to grind/remove tree stumps, please let me know because there is the opportunity for another job at additional charge. Budget is flexible.

Artificial Grass Installation Needed I’m looking for an experienced person to install artificial grass in my back garden. The garden is approximately 4 metres × 13 metres, around 52 m².
