Looking for someone experienced to complete a final 120–180 grit finishing sand on approximately 40m² of Baltic pine floorboards. We will be sealing the floors ourselves. The boards have already been sanded back to raw timber (currently at 120 grit). We’ve completed some glue work and now just need a clean, even finishing pass before sealing. The house is empty and ready to go. We’re also hoping to connect with someone skilled and reliable for ongoing work around the house (carpentry, repairs, small renovation jobs etc) as we finish off the renovation. Ideally looking to build a longer-term working relationship if it’s a good fit. For this job, you must: • Have professional sanding equipment (a floor sander) • Be experienced working with soft pine • Deliver a clean, consistent finish suitable for sealing Please include: • Relevant experience • Equipment you’ll be using • Availability • Your quote Please note: the floor sander shown in the photo has been returned. I rent a house and unfortunately I scratched the timber floor by moving my queen size bed. I tried to use wax stick from Bunnings, then I sand it and used traditional timber oil. Doesn’t look good and I don’t want to loose my bond. I need help to fix it. 🙏🏻
