I’m looking for a carpenter or flooring specialist to inspect and repair damaged bedroom flooring. It looks like previous tenants may have cut out part of the floorboards or created an access panel. There are visible saw cuts, gaps, drilled holes and a section that appears loose/uneven. I’d like someone to assess whether the floor is safe, check what is underneath before fixing, and carry out a proper repair. The job may involve: * Lifting/checking the damaged section * Making sure there are no pipes or cables underneath * Securing or replacing the cut section * Fitting replacement boards or making the area safe and tidy * Matching the existing flooring as closely as possible This is in a bedroom and I’m looking for a neat, safe repair rather than a temporary filler job. Photos available. Please provide availability and an estimated cost for inspection/repair.
