I'm looking for a quote to replace the carpet in a bedroom in my second-floor flat in Bow, E3. The room is approximately 3.10m x 3.66m (around 11.3m²). I am planning to purchase the flooring myself and am currently looking at Remland Colourful Woodline White Plank cushion vinyl. It is 2.5mm thick, felt-backed and has a stated 15dB acoustic rating. https://www.remlandcarpets.co.uk/vinyl-flooring/clearance-vinyl/rustic-white-wood-plank-vinyl I would need: - Removal and disposal of the existing carpet and gripper rods - Any necessary preparation of the existing subfloor - Professional installation of the new cushion vinyl - Advice on whether the product's integrated felt backing is sufficient or whether any additional acoustic treatment would be appropriate/compatible As the flat is managed by Southern Housing, I need their permission before the work can go ahead. They have asked me to provide details of the proposed flooring and soundproofing/underlay, so I would also need confirmation of the intended installation method before booking the work, as well as details of the installer.

Kitchen vinyl flooring & new kitchen plinths I’m looking for someone to supply and fit new semi-permanent underlay and lino/vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I also need the plinths/kickboards underneath the existing kitchen cupboards replaced and neatly finished. The existing kitchen units and worktops are staying in place.
