I just moved to an empty flat (1 bedroom) with no furniture and I need to fit carpet with underlay on the concrete floor of approximately 36sqm. It will go in a corridor, bedroom and living room. The current floor is concrete. If you can supply carpet and underlay that would be great as well. See photos of the floor and sizes of the rooms. Need to be done from tomorrow until Sunday. It’s in ground floor so no stairs.

Flush button needs to be replaced. I have done in the past. The old code was Grohe dual flush push button assembly - chrome 42268 000. I think the new code is 42204PI0. Tenants have also reported the kitchen sink leaking but it should be minimum effort as it only requires tighting. the the metal trim between the carpet and the tiled floor has lifted and is partially detached. Size is 1.46 cm. Probably needs to be replaced. Also the two bulbs of the kitchen extractor/range hood need to be replaced

I'm looking for an experienced tiler to install porcelain floor tiles in the downstairs entrance hallway of my flat in Camden, NW1. **Job details:** - Area measures approximately 0.78m × 2.54m (1.97m²). - Existing flooring is carpet/matting and laminate, which will be removed before tiling. - The subfloor will need to be inspected and prepared, including any necessary levelling or repairs. - There has been some cat urine contamination, so it's important that any affected subfloor is properly treated or replaced before the new tiles are installed. - We'd like porcelain tiles throughout the entire entrance, potentially black-and-cream checkerboard or a single-colour finish. - Installation should include adhesive, grout and neat finishing at the front door and stairs. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can help source the tiles and supply the necessary installation materials. **Budget: £300 for labour and standard floor preparation**, but open to quotes depending on what's required. Tiles and any significant subfloor repairs can be priced separately. Please let me know your experience with porcelain floor tiling, whether you can help source materials, and your availability. Photos of the entrance are attached. Thanks!
