Hi, I’m hosting a floral themed birthday workshop at my home in later this month and am looking for an experienced event stylist/setup assistant to help bring the event together. The event will be for approximately 10 guests and will take place in my garden and patio area. Some additional friends potentially joining later in the afternoon/evening for drinks and socialising. I will be supplying all the flowers and leading the bouquet-making workshop myself. I am looking for assistance with: - Styling and setting up the garden event space - Sourcing or coordinating tables and chairs for 10 guests - Setting up tables, chairs and table linens - Creating a beautiful workshop table layout - Styling a drinks station - Setting up candles, planters and decorative elements - Assisting with general event setup before guests arrive - Helping keep the space tidy during the event - Assisting with light clean-up afterwards The overall aesthetic is: - Modern luxury - Elegant garden party - Neutral colour palette (although my favourite colour is purple) - Champagne and flowers Ideally looking for someone with experience in: - Event styling - Tablescapes - Garden parties - Luxury picnics - Small private events I have attached photos of my current garden together with inspiration images showing the style and finish I would like to achieve. Please let me know: - Whether you can assist with sourcing furniture and décor. - Examples of similar events you have styled. - What is included within your fee. I am flexible on dates throughout June and would love to hear your ideas and recommendations for the space. The event is expected to last approximately 4–6 hours and I am flexible any Saturday throughout June.
