We’re hosting a relaxed garden party for around 35 guests on Sunday 30 August, starting at 2.30pm, and we’re looking for someone experienced to help us so we can enjoy the afternoon with our guests. The role will include: - Assisting with final setup before guests arrive - Serving as a friendly host throughout the event - Refilling drinks and keeping the drinks station stocked - Replenishing food as needed - Clearing empty glasses and plates - Keeping the serving areas and garden looking tidy throughout the event We’re looking for approximately 2-3 hours of help. Please only respond if you have experience working at private parties, events or similar hospitality roles. When responding, we’d love to hear about your relevant experience including the types of events you’ve worked at. I’m looking for someone to create a simple, elegant, and romantic setup for a private birthday dinner for two at an Airbnb in South Kensington. I’m looking for someone who can: * Source and bring the decorations. * Decorate the dining table and, if possible, the garden with warm white fairy lights and battery-operated LED candles. * Add a small, elegant floral arrangement (white or neutral colours preferred). * Complete the setup before 6:30 pm on the day of the dinner. The style should be tasteful and understated—more luxury boutique hotel than party decorations. No balloons or large birthday signs. Please include the cost of the decorations in your quote and share photos of similar setups if you have them. My budget is around £100–£150, including decorations, but I’m happy to consider slightly higher quotes if the result is beautiful.

Videographer Wanted – Content day shoot 31st July, Edit promo reels, Conference event capture (Sept date) We’re looking for a confident videographer to film on location promo content, and film conference day content for the event highlights reel. We would love to have a team 1-3 that want to volunteer / want a great project to build a portfolio with. We are launching a workforce transition event to teach people how leverage their existing skills to unlock high demand roles so they stay relevant and don't risk redundancy. We are bootstrapping to bring this vision to life so budgets are low for now. A prestigious London University have offered to host the event. So we can now access the grounds to film on location promo content to be turned into a reel. You don’t need years of experience, just to be confident behind the camera and be able to show examples of work that match the style we’re looking for. If you know how to capture cinematic event content and can produce high-quality footage, we’d love to hear from you. The G above middle C has stopped working. I unscrewed the piano to try to get to the keys and clean them as I suspect there is some dust or something similar preventing the key from making a sound. However I couldn't really get into the keys so think I need someone else to help. The piano is a Cassio Privia PX-750

Outdoor Wedding marquee reception 1pm -11:30pm need 2 people to help support with the day, help with serving buffet food & drinks. Cleaning up: tables, washing up, keep loos and portaloos clean, general site tidy up through the day, pack away decorations, tables, stack chairs at the end of the night so area is clear by Sunday morning. Must enjoy music!
