I’m looking for a skilled podcast & video editor to join me on an ongoing basis to bring my podcast, Lucky Last, to life across audio and video platforms. This is an ongoing role for someone who gets storytelling, brand energy, and what grabs attention fast. What I need: 🎧 Podcast Editing (via Descript ideally) - Clean audio edits (remove filler, awkward pauses, background noise) - Add intro/outro (already created) - Light sound balancing - Optional: Pull 1–2 clips per episode for socials ( I usually do it directly from Descript but I might request the tasker from time to time to do it) 🎬 Video Editing for Guest Intros (Instagram Reels & Stories) - 30–60 sec dynamic intro videos that present each guest before the episode drops - Clean, on-brand, visually engaging style — not just talking heads You’ll be working with short video snippets, images, names, bold text, light motion graphics. 📱 YouTube Shorts Creation: - 15–60 sec clips repurposed from podcast content - Hook-heavy, snappy editing with captions To recap, I need on a fortnightly basis someone to: 1. Edit the episode professionally 2. Create guest intro that grab attention within 3 sec 3. Create punchy and on brand YouTube short video Bonus point if you can design outstanding thumbnails for YouTube. I'm currently using VidIQ for optimal scores. About the show: Lucky Last is a raw, real, and inspiring podcast about life, business, and reinvention featuring founders, creatives, and people doing things differently.
