We’re a very young biotech startup working on life-saving technology to improve survival rates for very vulnerable preterm babies, and we’re looking for an experienced video editor/creator to help us put together a product showcase video. Project: Create a product showcase animated video (around 120 seconds). We will provide our company logo and a storyboard, but we’ll need your expertise to create the animations and produce a professional-quality video. The most complex element will be a short animation showing how our device is used in a clinical setting (hospital environment). This video will be used at conferences to quickly and clearly communicate our product and mission. What we’re expecting: A polished, high-definition video (1080p) suitable for YouTube Smooth animations and transitions Professional use of text overlays and graphics Subtle sound effects and background music Final video ready to post directly on YouTube Requirements: Fully custom-built (no AI-generated or stock-template solutions) Ability to collaborate closely with us on refining visuals, timing and content Quick turnaround with flexibility for iterations and feedback Preferred skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent professional software Strong attention to detail Experience in creating clean, modern motion graphics Come help us create something meaningful that reflects strong values and has the potential to save lives. Hey legends, We run a podcast called Tackles & Tinnies — it’s all about NRL, SuperCoach, and a bit of pop culture banter. We’re growing and need someone who can help us bring the show to life online with clean, engaging video edits. We record once a week currently, and will be moving to twice a wee,k and want someone who can take our raw recordings and turn them into: Full-length YouTube episodes. Short highlight clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. A few promo reels when we’ve got sponsors or big episodes. You don’t need to be Spielberg, but we’re after someone who: Knows their way around editing software (we use ZenCastr for the podcast recording, happy for you to use your own software for post-recording purposes). Can add captions, simple graphics, and transitions to make content pop. Is reliable — we usually record on Tuesdays, so ideally edits are back within a couple of days (especially when the NRL is on a Thursday (this won't be until next year)). Bonus points if you actually like footy, SuperCoach, or just Aussie banter. What you’ll get: Ongoing weekly work (1-2 episodes + clips). Flexible hours, remote — edit from anywhere. Pay: $20-$50 (AUD) per hour to start, with the chance to earn more as the pod grows (happy to negotiate; must prove experience). A fun, laid-back team who want to make great content and have a laugh.
