I need someone to help set up my wedding ceremony decor. As it's outside it cannot be done the night before like the indoor decor. Ideally someone in the wedding/event space already. Approximately 1.5-2hr task. May need to FaceTime me throughout as I will be getting ready for wedding. In-depth description -- I have already purchased all the decor myself so you would just need to set it up, some chair dressing, putting out aisle and altar florals. Creative eye. I will share images of example home set up but incase things don't work for any reason - e.g. wind, won't sit on their chairs correctly, doesn't look right etc - I need someone who can improvise a little. Florals will be pre-made. Chair set up will be simple draping with a bow and some little flowers for the end chairs. Note: if rain is forecasted this may not be needed

I am hosting a birthday party on 8th August and need two reliable people from 5.30pm for around six hours. The evening includes garden drinks and a sit‑down meal for 25 guests (starter served at the table, main and dessert from a buffet). I am looking for people who can: Top up drinks throughout the evening, set up the buffet from the fridge, Serve the starter to the table, Manage plate changes between courses, Restock drinks and buffet dishes, Help with washing up. I have a room that needs decorating for my civil ceremony lunch one hour before the lunch. I have all the decor and it is purely a case of putting things in place and arranging. I have inspiration but I trust you to also have a good eye. It is a very small room and should take half an hour max. I need to hand you the things at 10.30 am and then you should be able to access the venue at 11am and leave it all ready and set up for us. The event starts at 12 so the entire thing should take 1.5 hours Max.
