Need a Part P certified electrician to carry out all prerequisite electrical work before a British Gas boiler installation. The aim is that when British Gas arrive, there is no further electrical work needed — everything must be fully compliant and signed off so the installation can proceed without delay. Work required includes: electrical pre-installation survey, installing an earth spike and main protective bonding conductor (property has a PME/PEB system — energy supplier has already issued a formal notice confirming this work is needed), installing a fused RCD, wiring boiler connections to regulations, cross bonding of gas and water pipes, and assessing whether a fused spur upgrade to Type A protection is required. The electricity meter is under the stairwell in a separate room to the boiler. Cable must run from the meter, under the stair floorboards, beneath the hallway/passageway floor, out under the front door threshold and terminated externally. Total cable run is approximately 15 metres. Full details of boiler location and complete scope with photos available on request before quoting. Located in Watford, WD18. Only quote if Part P certified and able to provide full certification on completion.

I’m looking for a qualified, registered electrician to carry out first-fix electrical works for an ensuite/master bedroom refurbishment. The job is ready to start. Loft access is clear, insulation and loft boards have been moved, and the working areas are accessible. The works include first-fix wiring/supplies for: Ensuite LED lighting / LED drivers in the loft Inline extract fan, fan isolator relocation, and fan testing Demister mirror wiring from the bathroom switch position Future electric towel rail Shaver socket relocation Toothbrush charger supply UFH / towel rail controller supply Replacement of a damaged external IP67 isolator for an AC unit Some existing wiring is already in place, including a switched live from the light switch to the extract fan location. Back boxes and builder’s prep are already done (or will be done) where required. This is first fix only at this stage, with second fix to follow later. There will also be further electrical work available as the refurbishment progresses.

I am looking for an electrician to come fit daisy chain plinth lights into these arches. The arches have been cut, the plasterboard is ready but have not been fixed as yet as the bulbs need to go in first. The wire source is clear and the bulbs need to be connected to that wire. This task is only for Shayan to accept as alls been agreed but task expired before we could complete on here An absolute must you view first Monday 15 June at 1.30pm Expert Reliable electrician handyman required After extensive investigation ourselves we have identified that 2 of the existing track systems uses obsolete fittings which are no longer manufactured by Concorde (sylvania lighting) We have successfully identified and purchased compatible JCC track spotlights for one track system: JCC JC14003 Single Circuit Track JCC JC014230 Starspot GU10 Track Spotlight https://jcc.co.uk/products/jc014230 We purchased 10 units and have confirmed they fit one track located near the DJ booth. However, that track only has capacity for approximately 5 fittings. The remaining areas contain different track systems which are not compatible with the JCC fittings. • Remove and relocate the working JCC-compatible track from the DJ booth area if appropriate to all other 2 areas • or Install JCC track in two additional areas so the same spotlight fittings can be used throughout. • Approximately 10 additional spotlight positions are required. • Advise whether the existing tracks can be adapted to accept modern fittings without altering (Most preferred option) • Alternatively provide a cost-effective solution for installing new spotlights while retaining as much of the existing infrastructure as possible. • Front bar area – 1 track with approximately 5 positions. Done already and pictured Please provide: 1. Recommended solution. 2. Cost to relocate/replace tracks. 3. Alternative solutions if existing tracks can be retained. + Small balustrade fitting just needs the right screws and fittings
