Knowledge of vehicle components and eBay’s Master Vehicle Compatibility (MML / K-Type fitment data) is essential to ensure low return rates. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect parts, identify OEM manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), and compile accurate vehicle fitment details. • Take clear photos highlighting part condition, part numbers, and connector details. • Draft optimised eBay titles (Make, Model, Part Type, MPN, Years). • Populate item specifics, compatibility tables, and condition notes. • Publish listings or submit drafts for approval on my eBay account. Requirements: • Proven experience listing automotive parts or working in motor factors. • Familiarity with eBay Motors, K-Type data, and OEM cross-referencing. • Attention to detail and good camera/phone skills. Location & Payment Terms: • Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 3SL (On-site required for photography/inventory access). • Payment: Open to fixed project rate, per-item rate (e.g., £2–£4 per complete listing), or daily rate depending on experience. Remote role (work from home ) just need good internet, Whatsapp / email proficiency, reliable, good English and some proficiency at getting things done in the UK ; if you can do basic spreadsheets (eg google sheet) ; basic math skills and online / emails / calling people in UK - it's a benefit if you have any experience or aptitude for interior designs & home aesthetics (e.g. have renovated your own home etc.) - that would be a bonus administrative tasks are a mix of property-related (sourcing things, researching things, getting quotes from suppliers/ trades) and personal admin and accounting - e.g. keeping records, filing forms , staying on top of bills etc. also some assistance with decluttering and selling surplus items on Ebay / marketplace this is for a trial shift of 2 hours , which would be an online meeting where I pre-send specific objectives for the meeting if the trial goes well, this would be ongoing work with me of 2-3 hours focused office admin, 3-4x per week. so ballpark 10 hours a week , 40 hours a month . = let me know if that works for you
