I’m looking for an experienced document (PDF) formatter to urgently clean up and standardise a report (45 pages). The content is largely locked, and I’m struggling to make further text changes, but the document needs professional formatting, consistency, and overall polish. A cleaner, more refined visual layout would be welcome, though this is not strictly a graphic design job. The document has become quite messy in terms of formatting, and I need help fixing this as soon as possible. Key tasks include: -Standardising fonts and font colours -Fixing inconsistent spacing and line spacing -Making bullet points consistent throughout -Justifying text (unless this causes layout issues) -Ensuring consistent margins across the document -Fixing page size differences (some pages appear to be a different size) -Correcting spacing between paragraphs and lines -Adding consistent captions under tables and figures -Creating a list of tables and figures (hyperlinks) -Creating interactive links / cross-referencing to tables, figures, and chapters Overall, the goal is to standardise everything and produce a clean, professional report.
