Static Fields to Scrape: - Address - Land area - Floor area - Tenure (including leased/tenanted info or projected gross/net income). Sometimes it will say vacant when there is projected income in the description. - Real estate agency (typically at the bottom of the page) Dynamic Fields (may appear in description or variable locations): - FSR (Floor Space Ratio) - Height limit - Zoning - Lease terms and options (e.g., "3-year lease with 3 x 3-year options") Output: Ideally, connect this to a Google Sheet for real-time updates or once a week (open to discussion for the best solution on this!) Workflow: Scrape both "on market" and "sold" properties. If a property appears in both datasets (matching by address), update: - Sold price - Sold date Bonus Task: If possible, also scrape data from the NSW Planning Portal: https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/spatialviewer/#/find-a-property/address ...to fill in missing zoning, FSR, or height limits (when available). This is what our current google sheet looks like. We do not have size range and most are sized 8-10AU.
