I’m currently looking for a professional glazier to perform some "surgery" on my bedroom window in Marsfield (2122). Long story short: The glass broke, and while I now have excellent ventilation, it’s not exactly what I planned for the Sydney weather. The boring (but important) bits: • The Victim: A single-glazed pane in a timber frame. 101cm x 46cm • Location: Ground floor. No ladders, no abseiling, and no acrobatics required for this one. Just straight-up easy access. • Status: I’ll provide the exact measurements soon, but for now, I’m looking for someone who can help me stop the draft and make it look like nothing ever happened. If you’re a pro who can fix timber-framed windows without breaking a sweat (or more glass), please send me a quote including labor and materials. My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached. Looking for an initial draft to support internal design finishes selection and then final draft to use for marketing to support sale of the house. 3D renders only required for one of the two townhouses should not both. Hi! We need an insect mesh installed behind our exhaust vent covers in our apartment (4 in total). It needs to be cut to size and stuck on with HVAC foil tape, but the vent cover will need to be removed / put back on. We also need 3 door draft stoppers to be installed, just with double sided tape (included measuring, cutting and sticking neatly alongside bottom of doors). No drilling required. Should be an easy job. The purpose of this operation is to stop cockroaches from coming into our apartment via the vents / under the doors. It’s not a cockroach infested apartment, it’s very clean, but we’ve been getting a few big cockroaches recently. > What we have already - •Stainless Steel Insect Mesh •Metal Cutting Scissors •HVAC Foil Tape •Door Draft Stoppers X3 •Heavy Duty Double Sided Tape > What you’ll need - - Screwdriver -Gloves (because the stainless steel edges are a little sharp)
