Title: NSW Town Planner / DA Consultant – 14 Lot Subdivision DA (Stage 1) – Dubbo NSW Description: I need an experienced NSW Town Planner / DA Consultant (planning professional not a project manager) to prepare, coordinate and lodge a Stage 1 subdivision DA (14 lots) near Dubbo NSW (part of a larger ultimate subdivision). Full site details (Lot/DP + address) will be provided after assignment via Airtasker messages. Key issue: Biodiversity is the gatekeeper. Biodiversity work must be completed first and a targeted Spring survey may be required depending on the ecology assessment. If required, timing may push lodgement out.
