I’m looking for a qualified electrician (Part P certified) to carry out the following works at my property. I need two extractor fans supplied and installed, one in the shower room and one in the bathroom. I also need the existing storage heater points converted into double sockets. In the kitchen, I need one new socket with an isolator switch, one light switch moved, and one socket relocated. I also need two new double sockets installed in the hallway. There is one electric heater to be installed in the toilet; supply is not required. I also need a new light and switch supplied and installed in the shower room. In the bathroom, I need one electric illuminated mirror installed. No plumbing work is required. The property is currently undergoing renovation. I require a Part P certified electrician, and all work must be compliant and signed off with a clean and tidy finish. The property is located in CO15 2HA. Please include your availability, and an estimated timeframe.

1. Mounting furniture that has already been assembled to walls in three rooms, cutting into the unit backs for access to power sockets, and cutting and fixing trims and plinths. Remove external trunking running up one side of interior wall, across the ceiling and down the other side to cooker socket. Chase the wall, bury and secure the cooker cable and test the circuit. There is 7m of chasing required. The job does NOT include filling and plastering.

Looking for a carpenter or experienced handyman to rehang 3x internal timber doors upstairs. The doors have been recently stripped and sanded. They already have existing hinge recesses, but the door frames are new and will require fresh hinge cut-outs. We retained the original hinges and knobs, so these should be reused. Looking for someone to complete this work asap. We also have an additional 4x doors downstairs which eventually need installing. I'm not including them in this listing, as the plan isn't to install them yet, however this might change (and if so can be added to cost).
