Read more1. Required a contract based draftsperson or software trained / skilled to draw kitchens, bathrooms and furniture floor plans for an interior designer: plans, elevations, rendering & 3d. 2. Must be able to read and comprehend hand drawn sketches and create to scale dimensioned drawings in Archicad / Revit / Autocad or similar programs etc.. 3. Some architectural drawing of walls and floor / ceiling structures may be required. 4. I am looking for someone to assist me by turning my sketches into technical working, dimensioned, to scale drawings. Sometimes drawings would need to be completed / amended in evening for client presentation the next day. (Timing / deadlines by prior discussion) 5. Images attached offer a guide of expectation, obviously subject to program being used, more detailed renders would be appreciated. 6. Hourly rate of $35 per hour, task rate has been set for a 3 hour period as a guide.
