Structural Engineer to review and certify engineering drawings of a 6 unit-triple storey residential building. I have engineering drawings fully prepared and required certification which includes Reg 126 COC. The engineering document includes: - slab plan design (build over easement) - 3 storey framing plan (All beams and lintels have been designed) - 3 Storey Bracing plan Drawings have been finalised and ready to review as soon as possible. Would prefer to have someone review this soon as all documents are ready.

I need someone to build a small athletics starting block sled. They are impossible to find in Australia so looking to get one made. All very simple and can organise dimensions from a similar one online. Will involve sourcing the materials, welding together and then a cost of paint. I have quoted to just the work, understand materials will be on top of the cost but hoping to keep those to a minimum where possible.

Aluminium Trailer – Design Specification and Build Requirements Purpose Design and construct a lightweight but robust aluminium trailer capable of transporting: • One MG MGA 1500 Roadster; and • One Hobie Mirage Pro Angler 12 kayak; The trailer must be suitable for repeated exposure to saltwater boat ramps, integrate with an existing REDARC Tow-Pro braking controller, and be fully compliant for registration with Main Roads Queensland (TMR). Note I already have the tyres (not rims) and winch. There is not enough space to post full specs so I have added a bit at a time as images.

I am looking for a skilled furniture maker, joiner, or finishing carpenter to construct a simple custom bed from solid pine. Construction Type (see included image): - Two bedframes (top and bottom bunk) — simple box construction using 190 x 45mm pine, butt jointed. - Four 90 x 90mm posts, to which the bedframes will be attached with lag screws - Slats, handrails and ladder are part of the build. - Finish: Sanded, primed and painted. Design Requirements: Shop drawings will be provided. Clean, solid construction with attention to detail in joinery and finishing. No wobbles. This job is for a prototype initially, and further work to replicate the piece for sale may be available.
