Need to reset the pairing of a Velux Domed Vent window with a remote. May require access from on top of a flat roof. The window is likely Velux Integra ISD, and the remote is Integra KLR 200. I tried to locate access to the motor from inside the interior casing, so I am assuming it can be accessed from outside. The roof can be accessed with a ladder fairly easily.

I have a couple of handyman jobs requird for a house with tenents in. 1. fix a hole in 1 wall situated at top of stairs - behind the plaster is wooden stips (lath) - need wall fixed so it is straight and ready for painting - see images of damage 2. we have 1 garden fence that has fallen and needs to be put back up, i believe the fence panel is fine but needs some wood screwed in the side fence, so it fits within the cement block (see image of fence in garden)

Mitre two bits of skirting (will need a mitre saw) and attach to wall either side of fireplace (small so can be glued), and cut/attach wooden splashback to 2m of kitchen wall and silicone. Will need to remove the wooden shelves and reattach on top (one bit has already been done - in the photos). I have the splashback and the skirting.

Cut tiles neatly around fixtures, edges, and corners. Install appropriate trims at exposed edges. Finishing: Grout all joints and apply silicone sealant at junctions (tiles to bath, corners, etc.). Clean tiles and leave area tidy upon completion. Quality Expectations: Straight lines, consistent spacing, and smooth finish. No lippage, cracks, or adhesive marks. Work to standard bathroom waterproofing and tiling practices.

I need to built a built-in bookcase between 2 windows in a top (3rd) floor bedroom. To be painted in the wall colour. Bookcase to be built around a pillar. The shutters would sit up against the sides of the bookcase. Need cut outs for the plug sockets. Probably to fit to ceiling height of 250cm but TBC- may go to window height instead.
