This is a finishing and integration task only – no redesign or copy changes required. Tasks required: 1. Form consent checkboxes Change radio buttons to proper mandatory checkboxes for: • Terms & Conditions • Service Authority • Privacy & third-party consent Each must be individually selectable and required to submit the form. 2. FAQ section Add an accordion-style FAQ section to the one-page site (content supplied). Must be mobile responsive. 3. Pipedrive integration Connect the Webflow form to Pipedrive so that on submission: • A Person is created • A Lead or Deal is created • All form fields are mapped correctly Please confirm which integration method will be used (Zapier, Make, or webhook). 4. Legal popups or pages Create popups or separate pages for: • Terms & Conditions • Service Authority • Privacy / third-party consent These must be linked from the form checkboxes and be mobile friendly. 5. Custom domain connection Help connect our owned domain to Webflow, including: • DNS setup • SSL • Confirming the site is live on desktop and mobile 6. Form confirmation & spam protection • Add a clear form success message • Add basic spam protection (Webflow native or reCAPTCHA) 7. Remove Webflow branding Remove the “Made in Webflow” badge on all breakpoints. 8. Analytics setup Connect Google Analytics or Meta Pixel (IDs supplied).
