Need someone to recomment AI Program/Tool or Web App that can translate Portuguese videos to English voice-over, and keep lip-sync close enough. Doesn't matter if it includes a watermark so long as it does not have video-length time limitations less than 15min as most of the videos I want to translate are approx 15min long Please research the current landscape of free solutions—desktop or browser-based—and recommend the option(s) that best fit the goal. I’m interested in usability, language-pair support (PT-BR → EN), export flexibility, and any limitations such as watermarks or length caps. If more than one tool meets the brief, highlight the relative strengths so I can decide which to deploy first. I’ll test your recommendation on a short sample video; once it produces the expected moderate-accuracy English dub, I’ll consider the task complete and release payment promptly.

Job Title: Build Simple Stud Management App (Horse Breeding) Description: I’m looking for someone to help me turn my horse stud management system into a simple mobile app (iPhone & Android). I currently track things like: • Mare details (name, age, stallion served by, etc.) • Service dates • Scan reminders (14, 30, 45 days) • Foaling due dates • General notes (vet visits, worming, weaning dates, etc.) At the moment I use spreadsheets, but I’d love an easy-to-use app that: • Lets me add/edit mares quickly • Automatically calculates due dates & scan reminders from a service date • Has a calendar view with reminders/notifications • Works offline (important for rural areas with no reception) • Simple, clean design — doesn’t need to be fancy Budget & Scope: • Happy to start with a basic version/MVP (minimal viable product) and build on it later. • Please include examples of similar apps you’ve built. • Ideally, I’d like something I can use myself but with the option to expand in the future.
