AI or Tech Expert – Secure File Upload + SMS/Data Recovery (2 Tasks) Description: Looking for a reliable AI, computer or phone technician to complete two separate confidential tasks. You may complete one or both. Task 1 – Secure AI Support: Assist to be able to completing uploading folders / files and using a secure AI platform. Must advise on tools that avoid cloud storage and protect sensitive data (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, Chat Gpt). No freezing or loss during upload. Ensure tools do not store, scan, or publish any of the documents. Skills preferred: • Experience with AI privacy or secure data handling • Upload troubleshooting Estimated time: 1–2 hrs . The estimated time is indicative only and may vary depending on your experience and expertise. 🔹 Task 2 – SMS & Contact Recovery: complete , recover and verify SMS/text messages, all data contacts, and media from a mobile phone. Must ensure messages are all complete, matched to contacts, and printable to pdf and words (e.g. either via paid SMS Backup & Restore GilApps – Yellow Icon and or SMS Backup & Restore” by SyncTech Pty Ltd ). witch ever app gives all printed texts, including all data, photos, and videos. May need to contact the app’s support team. Skills preferred: • Familiar with Android phones (e.g. Samsung) • Text recovery & export • Support follow-up (if tool fails) Estimated time: 1–2 hrs The estimated time is indicative only and may vary depending on your experience and expertise. Work can be done remotely or onsite. Quote is for one task. If you can do both, payment will be doubled. All work must remain confidential. IT professionals are welcome to bid.

My emails are currnently not working and I can receive but not send emails. When I send emails I receive the below email - This is the PPE Hosted Dispatch mail system. PPE Hosted tried to deliver your email message, but was unable to do so for reasons outside our control. We recommend contacting the person or service responsible for looking after the recipient domain's email server directly. Existing VBA/macro based workflow using JSON / Applescript / Ruby which copies selected data from excel into HTML templates into email. Workflow was established in 2020 and working well until recently, but now issues with MacOS / Excel updates in both installation onto new devices and bugs in output. Need review of code / content to perform successfully on Sonoma and Excel v16+ (office online installation) and installation instructions onto iMac's. Would like the process to be future-proofed as much as possible re MacOS and excel version updates. Will provide all files relevant for review, which are: - merger.rb - email.bas - email.applescript - 2 x templates.html - Excel document used for data Uses github VBA tools - Json converter and Dictionary
