Hi, I need help with my PC. I recently bought a new motherboard which I will need swapping out with my old/current on which is in my PC currently. I also have a new gpu which I need installing. I’m pretty sure. I’m trying to get my pc to be more GPU powered. I currently have a rtx 2080 and bought a 4070ti to replace it. And I currently have a i7 8700. Hello, I hope you can help. I am currently in a dispute with my bank regarding a PC bundle I purchased online. The bundle was advertised as a complete system (including a PC tower, monitor, keyboard, etc.), however when the parcel arrived, the box had been opened in transit and the main component — the PC tower — was missing. The only items received were a second-hand monitor, keyboard and accessories, meaning the product is incomplete and cannot function as intended. My bank has requested a short independent report from a computer specialist to confirm that: - What I received does not match the description of a complete PC bundle - The absence of the PC tower means the item is not fit for purpose This does not require any physical inspection or technical testing — it is simply a professional confirmation based on the description of what was ordered versus what was received. The report can be very brief and must: - Be on letterheaded paper or sent from a business email address - State that the goods received do not match the advertised bundle and are not fit for purpose without the PC tower - Include your business details (name/role/company) I can provide photos and the original listing if needed. I would really appreciate your help with this, as I have a disability and am finding the process quite overwhelming, and this report is the final step needed to resolve the dispute.
