We would like to use the color Dulux Vivid White or Natural white What’s included: • Kitchen/living room: 30sqm • Bedroom: 15sqm • Small office: 10sqm • Small bathroom: 10sqm • Wall washing and prep work before painting • All interior walls to be painted white (two coates) • All window sills throughout apartment • One three-panel window frame • All ceilings What I’m looking for: • Experienced painter with good reviews • All materials included (paint, brushes, rollers, drop sheets, etc.) • Professional prep work including wall washing and any necessary filling/sanding and painting anti-mould in bathroom ceiling • Clean, neat finish with proper cleanup afterward Please include in both quotes: labor, all materials, and estimated completion time. Photos of previous work appreciated! Please note, Apartment is furnished but we will move furniture away from walls and enough space is available to accomodate this.
