I’m looking for an experienced and reliable painter to complete a full internal paint job for my office space currently undergoing renovation. I will supply all paint, including the limewash product. You will need to bring your own tools and equipment. Scope of Work: • Paint all walls throughout the office • Paint ceiling throughout • Paint inner feature arch • Paint window frames / window seals • Paint door, door frames & architraves • Complete one feature wall in limewash finish (experience with limewash preferred) • Clean, sharp cut-ins and a consistent, high-quality finish Important Notes: • Office is currently empty / under renovation • Some patching has already been completed • Drop sheets required to protect floors and fittings • Minimal mess and thorough cleanup expected • Commercial or office painting experience preferred What I’m Looking For: • Proven painting experience (limewash experience a plus) • Own tools (rollers, brushes, drop sheets, ladders, etc.) • Strong attention to detail • Ability to complete the job efficiently and professionally Location: 📍 Sydney CBD (exact address provided on acceptance) Timing: Flexible start date – looking to have this completed ASAP. Hello, We are looking for an experienced renderer, plasterer, or a skilled handyman to repair some minor damage on the exterior wall of our retail store, in Stockland Wetherill Park. The Issue: Our shopfront has a textured "bag render" finish. There are a few small holes and chips in the wall surface that need to be professionally repaired to restore the clean appearance of our storefront. The Job: The task is to patch the holes and replicate the existing textured finish before painting. The scope of work includes: 1. Preparing the damaged areas on the wall. 2. Filling the holes with an appropriate render or patching compound. 3. Skillfully recreating the "bag render" texture to seamlessly match the surrounding wall surface. 4. Once dry, priming and painting the repaired patches to match the existing wall colour. Paint & Finish Specification: - Finish Type: Bag Render - Paint Brand: Dulux - Paint Colour: Berkshire White 73712 Requirements: - MUST have proven experience with render repair and texture matching. This is the most critical part of the job. - You must supply all necessary tools and materials, including render/filler, and a small quantity of the specified Dulux paint. - Must work cleanly and professionally in a busy shopping centre environment. - Public liability insurance is required. Location & Timing: Location: Stockland Wetherill Park Shopping Centre, 561-583 Polding St, Wetherill Park NSW 2164 (exact location will be provided once the task is assigned). When: The job can be completed at your earliest convenience, ideally after or just before business hours. Please state your availability in your offer.
